Budget Friendly World Travel Tips

Money Matters Monday Knowsy Readers, and here we are at the start of a new week in a new month! How is the weather where you live? Today was a beautiful sunny (upper 70s) day in Southeastern CT, the hope is that it will stay that way, you just never know what Mother Nature has in store.
As this new month of May begins, many of you fine folks are probably starting to think about #Summer and possibly taking time off either by yourself or with your family for #Vacation. #Travel, is something many of us long to do for different reasons, for some it may be job related, for others it is the lure of the unknown, travelling to Foreign Countries to immerse oneself in the sights and culture to expand one's horizon. The #Dream of World Travel is many times that, a dream, the question is: How Do You Travel The World On A Budget?
This particular question was posed to a #traveller who not only was able to do this but actually wrote a book about it, his name is Matt Kepnes and is known as Nomadic Matt, he is the author of the New York Times Bestseller "Travel the World on $50 a Day".
Here is a video of him being interviewed for a news segment explaining some of his experiences/tips to Travelling the World on a Budget.

Now than my KNOWSY Readers, has the travel bug bit you yet? Are you thinking of taking time off the see distant lands or maybe are you just planning a short trip here in the U.S. Do you have any tips to Saving Money while Travelling? If so, please share them in the comments section.
