Have You Heard About Random Acts Of Kindness Week 2016?

Soulful Sunday KNOWSY Readers, and a very Happy Valentine's Day to you all!
Today's post and the posts I plan on sharing for the remainder of this week will be to help Spread the Word about this International Event know as #RAKWeek2016 or Random Acts of Kindness Week 2016, I had heard about it via one of my Social Media Friends/Connections Steffi Black and took my own pledge yesterday, which you can too when you visit the site: https://www.randomactsofkindness.org/rakweek2016

There are plenty of things we know we should do. In fact, there are dozens of them – so it’s easy for things to fall down the priority list. But this is the time of year we bump ‘being kind’ right up to the top of that list – and we’d like you to join us.
Feb 14-20, 2016 is Random Acts of Kindness Week #RAKWeek! Show everyone that a kinder world is your priority by taking our Kindness Pledge today. #Pledge2beKind
Okay, so you are probably thinking this is a great idea and you truly believe in Spreading Kindness, yet you are thinking what exactly should you do, well this site does have a list of 50 suggestions, I will include 8 of those tips today and seven for each of the other days of this week, pick one or all to do!

 1. Pay it Backward: buy coffee for the person behind you in line.
2. Compliment the first three people you talk to today.
3. Send a positive text message to five different people right now.
4. Post inspirational sticky notes around your neighborhood, office, school, etc.
5. Tell someone they dropped a dollar (even though they didn’t). Then give them a dollar.
6. Donate old towels or blankets to an animal shelter.
7. Say hi to the person next to you on the elevator.
8. Surprise a neighbor with freshly baked cookies or treats!

Alright my KNOWSY Readers, are you ready to Share some Kindness? Go ahead I am sure you will see How Easy It Is AND I am Positive It will put a Smile on your Face and Uplift your own Spirit!
