Soulful Sunday KNOWSY Readers, with another Late and Special Edition Post, today is March 20, 2016 many of you may know this as Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week for those of the Christian faith. It is a week to begin preparations in body, mind and soul on a solemn note (Good Friday) and a celebratory note (Easter Sunday).
Now for today's post, once again I found "inspiration" while viewing my Facebook feed and came across this video ( I actually saw this last year) and was impressed by the "reactions" of these young Italian boys (yes, the video is in Italian, but with subtitles). the first thing that came to mind was that these boys were taught well! This is an important lesson for us all, especially in this week where many folks will be trying their best to follow in the teachings taught by Jesus Christ to Love One Another, to Live by the Golden Rule: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You.
This video goes to the treatment of boys towards girls, which leads us to the treatment of men towards women and what is Right versus Wrong.
Well, I hope you enjoyed that video, which as I said reminded me of the saying "Teach Your Children Well". For those of us, who are now in our "Middle Age" years will definitely remember this folk song sung by the group, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (released in 1970) by that same title. This particular video includes other well known artists, such as Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, as well as the late Robin Williams.
